Que es?
The Weblog of Brett Singer. Bringing the world what it needs most - a blog.
Note: Sorry about all of the 'hot deals' entries (someone referred to this blog as
CorporateShill.com).
The deals and things are being fed into Multineedia.com. We will
soon move the deals category over to Multineedia so you don't have to read it, and we apologize for any inconvenience.

Don't Panic
The Hitchhiker's Guide To The Galaxy is coming out next month. I missed that somehow. The trailer looks... not awful. I'll see it anyway, but I hope it's good.

Punk Archive
Looks like mostly reading, not music. This quote ("Punk never died--but the punk within some people died."--Tim Sommer, 1982) is by the brother of my 6th grade teacher. This matters to no one except me and maybe one other person who I still speak to. Tim Sommer also played violin, of all things, on Arming the World by Kraut, which I have on vinyl.

USB 2.0 Storage Comparison
From ExtremeTech, part of ZDNet. Not 100% fair, since it compares a 5GB drive with a 20GB drive, but they are the same price. Some interesting info, such as the fact that the Seagate drive is bootable using a version of FreeDOS, whereas the Iomega drive basically comes with diddly. Iomega sucks.
