No, not BILL Gates. The Gates on display in Central Park. What kind of sense does "The Gates" make? is the Doonesbury "straw poll" of the day today. My answer to What kind of sense does "The Gates" make? is Economic. Who cares if it's art? The artists are paying for it, the merch money goes to nonprofits, it will fill 50,000 hotel rooms and bring NYC $80 million. And that's a beautiful thing.
Stuff that NY doesn't have to pay for - that I like.
